4 Remarkable Detox Stories That You HAVE to See!

700 (!!!) AENpeeps completed the very first 7 Day Intermittent Fasting Detox Challenge last week! The 7 Day IF Detox is designed to clean up your liver of the toxins that can lead to fatty liver disease ~ for example, added sugars, alcohol and processed foods all contribute to this fatty liver buildup. Yes, weight loss can happen (and did for many AENpeeps), but it's not the focus. The focus is entirely on optimizing your detox pathways in order to clear up that brain fog, increase your energy levels and feel GOOD.
