Staying accountable and having the tools to deal with everyday life is extremely important to achieving your health and wellness dreams. Each follow up session reviews your progress, analyzes any possible obstacles you've experienced, and utilizes advanced strategies and tools to further your progress. Includes: -45 minute Nutrition Consultation with Autumn -Individualized Action Steps tailored to your goals, lifestyle and food preferences, emailed to you for easy access -Additional Action Steps to address specific barriers to your success Meetings are held via Zoom. Cancellation Policy

Individual appointments are scheduled for a specific time. You will be charged for missed individual appointments unless the CCN is notified of the cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. If a pre-paid appointment is cancelled at any time (greater than 48 hours in advance), a $10 processing and administration fee will be charged.
