FREE FITNESS EVENT!

We're celebrating SUMMER and being in love with taking care of our bodies! The event starts off with a 5k led by Certified Personal Trainer Becky (@becksliveshealthy). Next, you'll tone your entire body with an equipment free workout led by Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer Autumn (@autumnelle_nutrition). To finish off all of this body love, you'll be lead through a rejuvenating yoga sculpt by Core Power Yoga instructor Emily (@girlmeetsdoodle).

At the end of the event, you'll receive your FREE wellness bag filled with goodies from REBBL, Vital Proteins, Perfect Bar, Chuao Chocolatier, Purity Coffee, and MORE!
