I don't know about you, but the change in season always gets me re-inspired to achieve my wellness goals. MAYBE it's because of the increased sugar intake from the holidays making me feel a little "bleh" that gets me excited to feel good again (Christmas cookies, halloween candy, pumpkin pie...). Feeling "bleh" always reminds me of how good it feels to feel GOOD!
And because all of us (including myself!) tend to indulge a little bit during this time of year, let's kick off the season with a REBOOT to remind ourselves how good it feels to feel GOOD again!

The Fall Intermittent Fasting Reboot Challenge is 4 WEEKS long and starts on Monday, September 28th, 2020!!! Mark your calendar!!🎉🎉
This Challenge, you have two options of how to participate:
OPTION 1 (Beginner Level):
Follow the 7 Day IF Detox for the first week, then the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program for the next 3 weeks. This option is perfect for beginners to Intermittent Fasting so that you can ease into the experience for best results.
OPTION 2 (Intermediate Level):
Follow the 4 week Level Up Guide using your specific protocol. If you have already gone through 1-2 rounds of the 21 Day IF Program, then this is the option for you!

Remember, if you choose the Beginner option, I recommend using the 7 Day IF Detox and the 21 Day IF Program. If you're using the Intermediate route, then you can jump straight into the Level Up Guide.
