Yes, it's still summer. Yes, it's way too early for pumpkin season. BUT - I'm craving fall. Maybe it's because this summer has been SO HOT that I'm looking forward to some chilly sweater weather. Whatever the reason, I'm craving a cozy coffee and I don't think I'm the only one (right?!).
Yesterday I experimented with making healthy, Intermittent Fasting Program approved Pumpkin Spice Latte and Chai Latte... and omg. I'm so excited to share these with you!! Both recipes are amazing, but honestly the Chai Latte is absurd how good it is. This is also great if you're more of a tea drinker anyway!
PS - You can make these recipes plant-based by swapping the grass-fed butter for raw cacao butter!
