I’m a 31 year old mathematician/computer scientist 🤓 I have had bad belly issues for the past 2-3 years and have been on the lookout for a sustainable solution and your programs seem to be exactly what I was hoping to find 😍
Which program are you following?
What was your main wellness goal?
Less bloating, better sleep, less anxiety (especially the one connected to belly issues and health in general) and more energy (or at least enough energy to slowly start working out again).
Have you tried anything in the past?
For the whole past year I was on AIP diet (Autoimmune Protocol) due to my autoimmune issues, but on long term it isn’t the most sustainable diet.
Did you have any hesitations before starting the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program?
None at all! I tried out smoothies and some other recipes before the challenge and I’d loooved them right away.
What are the biggest changes you have experienced?
Better sleep and enough energy to travel and eat well while traveling! I have so much energy finally again 🤩 and I can finally eat nuts and seeds again without looking pregnant 😅
What was your favorite meal?
That is a tricky one, I like all of them! But if I’d have to pick just one, it would be Moroccan Detox Bake. Or maybe rather Almond Butter Cup smoothie? Or the aweeesome Pumpkin Chili Goodness 🤩 or Keto turmeric latte? 🙈 there are just too many good ones to choose from 😇
