Tell us about yourself!

Hello! My name is Megan! I am 32 years old, wife and mother! I have been battling PCOS since I was 13 years old. Last November I was rushed into an emergency surgery due to an extreme torsion on my left ovary. It had to be removed immediately. PCOS has caused hormone imbalance making me lack confidence and control in my own body until NOW!


What was your main wellness goal?

I really wanted to balance my hormones, feel amazing, have more energy, rid inflammation, and lose some weight!


Which program are you following?

I started with the 7 Day Detox and continued with The Ultimate 21 Day Intermittent Fasting program!


Did you have any hesitations before starting the Program?

I was eager to try this program because it aligned with what I believe is a great quality of life that is sustainable!


What's the biggest wellness win you've experienced?

I have lost 7lbs in only 1 month! Lost 2 inches on both my hips and waist. 26.6% starting body fat and now I am at 25.2% body fat! BMI was 24.1 and now it is 23.2! 90.2 Muscle mass!



What was your favorite recipe from the Intermittent Fasting Program?

I could eat the Chia Brekky Bowl all day EVERYDAY!
