This summer we focused on body recomposition ~ burning fat while keeping muscle. These are certainly different strategies than the typical "eat less, move more" that most are familiar with... and this community of AENpeeps absolutely rocked it.
You ate protein rich meals, you prioritized rest while choosing workouts that supported your goals. Overall, this community made some impressive wellness leaps and you ate some pretty epic meals in the process.
