Throughout the whole Challenge, we'll be following the Body Recomposition Program.


This program was designed to help you burn body fat while keeping muscle.


In fact, this is the program that I followed during my 20 pound postpartum weight loss journey!

Are the recipes different than the one included with the 21 day intermittent fasting program?

What is the exercise component with this program? Does it allow for modifications for joint issues? It's imperative I build muscle, and not lose any with with program. Thanks.

Hi there! Our Body Recomposition Program is a meal plan, so it doesn't provide a specific exercise program. However, we do make recommendations for different workouts (including specific app, gym, youtube video and at-home options) based on different fitness levels that pair perfectly with our Body Recomposition Program.
