1. "I set small goals of 14:8 then added 16:8."

2. "Get everything you need for your first week and plan your detox week."

3. "I added walking for 10 to 20 minutes, it was important to add movement especially on Detox week."

You don't need to prep all of your meals. But having an idea of what you'll be eating during the week and getting the groceries for those meals can help provide clarity and eliminate confusion.
8. "Make one or two of Autumn's recipes a week, it keeps things fresh and interesting. My family loved everything."
If you hate your food, you won't eat it! And if you eat the same thing every day, you run the risk of food fatigue, which can lead to snacking on foods that won't support your goals. 9. "Sleep and rest."
Don't underestimate the power of a good nights sleep! This is when the majority of body recovery occurs, making it a crucial step in any wellness journey.
