This Woman Lost Over 10 Pounds in 6 Weeks With Intermittent Fasting!!


This year's annual Summer Intermittent Fasting Challenge was SUCH a whirlwind!


We had THOUSANDS of AENpeeps around the world join together and prioritize their health and wellness goals while eating DELICIOUS meals (helloooo protein pizza and vanilla bean waffle!). The private Facebook Group was the PLACE TO BE this summer 🤩



After countless checkins, supportive comments and delicious meal pictures (and the occasional hilarious shared meme 😂), we've officially come to a close with this summer's Challenge. I'm so dang proud of each and every one of you.

Tell us about yourself!

I am 35, single Mama of 2 boys, run my own business and had gained weight from pandemic stress and having to be on steroids healing from Covid. I had gained 35 lbs slowly over the last two years and once I hit 200lbs knew I needed to be more proactive.


Early spring I cleaned up my diet (or so I had thought) and trained for a 5k. (Did it) but I gained weight 😆 so I began to dive into research on YouTube. Found you and felt like intermittent fasting accessible, this program felt implementable for me and I felt confidence around it for the first time. And I lost 10.4lbs!

Beginner to Intermediate Fasting Bundle, started with 7 Day Detox and 6 week Summer Challenge.


Have you tried anything else in the past to achieve your goals?

Running, “clean eating” (did not know about cortisol and insulin affects on the body)

Nope, felt super comfortable after binging your YouTube Videos.


What has been your biggest wellness win with the Intermittent Fasting Program?

More Energy, Clearer Mind, Better Sleep, Less Crazvings! Oh, and 10.4lb weight loss!



What was your favorite recipe from the Intermittent Fasting Program?

So Many! Blueberry Lemon Pie Smoothie was almost daily! Chia Brekky Bowl, Buffalo chicken wrap, moms spicy “pasta”.


Is there anything else you would like to share?

I am really grateful for the Facebook group/community! I was able to pop in there when I was STRUGGLING in the middle of the detox and felt lifted up! I completed the whole 7 days and sustained low sugar intake for the rest of the summer challenge! Truly Grateful! Thank you!
