The beginning of the year has SO many festivities and SO many foods that make us feel "bleh": alcohol, chocolate, cookies, breads and perhaps even a little green beer from earlier this week! To help reboot and re-energize, I'm holding an impromptu 7 Day IF Detox starting Monday, March 23rd, 2020! This is specifically timed so that if you happened to indulge a little too much in the first part of the year or with St. Patrick's Day, you can have the chance to reset your sugar cravings and get yourself back on track with your wellness and weight loss goals.
Here's what other AENpeeps have to say about the 7 Day IF Detox:
"I'm on day 4 of the detox and I'm down 5lbs! I'm a little in disbelief that that I've had such a significant drop in weight, but also proud and happy of course."
- Kara H.
"Just wanted to post and say I'm on day 5 of the 7 day detox and I feel so good! ...I was an unapologetic Coke Zero and M&M fiend, and to my surprise, I have no cravings for that stuff now."
- Joni F.
"I had so much energy In the afternoon and the holiday bloat came out! I also felt like I was glowing from the inside out! @autumnelle_nutrition has delicious meals and takes you through the detox every step of the way!"
