Your 7 Day IF Detox Checklist!

The beginning of the year has SO many festivities and SO many foods that make us feel "bleh": alcohol, chocolate, cookies, breads and perhaps even a little green beer from earlier this week! To help reboot and re-energize, I'm holding an impromptu 7 Day IF Detox starting Monday, March 23rd, 2020! This is specifically timed so that if you happened to indulge a little too much in the first part of the year or with St. Patrick's Day, you can have the chance to reset your sugar cravings and get yourself back on track with your wellness and weight loss goals.

1. Grab your 7 Day IF Detox HERE.

If you already have yours downloaded, then you're all set!


2. Read the Detox and plan your meals for the week.

The 7 Day IF Detox has recipes and food guidelines you can use to create your own meals. You can also check out some additional meal ideas with THIS video from my recent 7 Day IF Detox grocery haul.


3. Print out Your Detox Journal (page 11).

This is an important part of the Detox to help keep track of your results and find what's working for your body. You can find the Detox Journal on page 11 of your Detox.


4. Join the private Autumn Elle Nutrition Facebook Group.
