What are the details?
Everyday of the challenge, we'll be starting the morning with a DELICIOUS high fiber and high protein breakfast. Each recipe has at least 10 grams of fiber and 30 grams of protein to help stabilize blood sugar levels, boost satiety and prevent hunger to fuel your morning the right way.
By just focusing on this one simple change to your day, you can make a significant leap toward your weight loss or wellness goal. Setting yourself up for success with breakfast makes maintaining those healthy choices (like going for a walk and eating protein-rich meals) the rest of the day a lot easier.
