Here's how it works ~
Pre-Req: 7 Day Intermittent Fasting Detox
This 7 day Program helps to maximize liver detoxification and prepare your cells to clean house with Phase 1. This detox period is especially important if you are new to Intermittent Fasting or you are coming back from the holidays. This helps to ease the transition into Intermittent Fasting so that you can achieve best results.
Phase 1: The Ultimate 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program
Here's where the fun begins. In this 80 page Program, you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know about Intermittent Fasting (including what/when to workout, proper Nutrient Timing, the science behind Intermittent Fasting and MORE!). It includes a 3 week meal-by-meal guide, 3 week workout plan specifically tailored to Intermittent Fasting and tasty, easy to make recipes to utilize throughout your journey.
Go through at least 1-2 rounds of Phase 1 before moving on to Phase 2.
Phase 2: Intermittent Fasting Guide: Level Up
Once you've laid the metabolic groundwork with Phase 1, now you're ready for Phase 2. This is where you hone in on your specific goals, whether it be improved athleticism, natural hormone balance, gut health, skin health or continued weight loss. At the beginning of Phase 2, you will take a quiz to determine which protocol you will be using. From here you will implement the strategies along with 4 weeks of meal-by-meal guidance and 48 new recipes.
