Smoothies are one of my favorite ways to break a fast. It's a quick, easy option to bring with you on the go in order to get the protein, fat and fiber needed to keep you satiated and burn fat as fuel. Smoothies are particularly perfect if you're in meetings or the car all day and don't have time for a sit-down meal.
So today, I'm sharing one of my latest Intermittent Fasting smoothie recipes that you can use with the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle protocols in order to achieve your weight loss and wellness goals!

Vanilla Chai Collagen Smoothie
8-12 oz. unsweetened nut milk (try my homemade coconut milk recipe on YouTube HERE)
1 serving Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder OR 1 cup full-fat, grass-fed greek yogurt
1/2 serving vanilla or unflavored collagen powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 banana, frozen
1-2 Tbsp. peanut butter (depending on hunger level)
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Blend until smooth.
Optional to top with unsweetened toasted coconut flakes or cacao nibs.
