Let's talk about stress! In today's environment, we're constantly bombarded with different stressors including emotional, physical, and environmental. It's linked to every major disease and condition, including anxiety, PCOS, depression, cardiovascular disease, weight gain/obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, insulin resistance, and so much more!

As a Clinical Nutritionist, I work one-on-one with clients everyday using advanced strategies to address stress naturally. At this workshop, I'll be sharing my top 5 steps to reducing stress hormones and increasing feelings of wellness and happiness!
