My name is Autumn Bates and food + wellness are my life! I'm a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance.
I graduated magna cum laude with my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Arizona. I graduated summa cum laude with my Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. I have worked with D1 athletes at the University of Arizona in order to increase performance through food. I also spent a summer studying and researching the Mediterranean Diet with my professor and a little Italian lady who taught me authentic Italian cooking. Needless to say, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life! After my schooling I worked for 2.5 years at Tone It Up, an online fitness and nutrition company, creating meal plans and recipes for thousands of women to help them achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. Since 2018, I've created hundreds of free articles on my blog and videos on my YouTube channel to help you achieve your weight loss and wellness goals. Over 8000 men and women all around the world are utilizing the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle protocols to achieve their wellness dreams - while eating foods they love!
I learned a lot over the years - namely that I love helping others become their best selves.
