ME

Passionate about food, fitness and health

My name is Autumn Bates and food + wellness are my life! I'm a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance. My area of expertise is working with athletes to optimize their performance through delicious and scientifically proven methods. I also have a passion for increasing health in every aspect of life through nourishing foods and advanced strategies.

I graduated magna cum laude with my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Arizona. I graduated summa cum laude with my Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. I have worked with D1 athletes at the University of Arizona in order to increase performance through food. I also spent a summer studying and researching the Mediterranean Diet with my professor and a little Italian lady who taught me authentic Italian cooking. Needless to say, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life! After my schooling I worked for 2.5 years at Tone It Up, an online fitness and nutrition company, creating meal plans and recipes for thousands of women to help them achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. I learned a lot over the years - namely that I love helping others become their best selves. Now, I've dedicated my life to working one-on-one to achieve optimal health, energy and wellness through a variety of individualized methods and strategies that fit best for YOU!
