Why Organic Purity Coffee is the Only Brand I Recommend

Updated: Feb 16, 2021

Coffee is a big part of my life, but it didn't use to be. For about 10 years, I suffered from rather severe anxiety that made day-to-day life lose it's spark. I was constantly on edge and had a nervous pit in my stomach that wouldn't go away. In a wild and frantic search to reduce my general anxiety, I cut out any possible triggers, including coffee.

It's been a long road of discovery and specializing in Nutrition Psychology to reduce my anxiety. I now have significantly reduced anxiety and work with clients on reducing their anxiety through advanced lifestyle and nutrition techniques (read Britnee's story HERE). After much research and sadness over dropping coffee, I came to the amazing (and tasty) conclusion that coffee isn't the problem. In fact, coffee has loads of health benefits when you use high quality beans!

It wasn't until I attended a health seminar a few years ago that I discovered the only coffee brand I recommend. This coffee is ORGANIC and has 65% higher antioxidant levels than other organic brands (!!). Let me introduce to you my BFFL and coffee partner Purity Coffee.*

Mold, Toxins, and Pesticides

Many coffees contain mold, mold-toxins and pesticides. Even some organic coffees aren't free of mold and mold-toxins. Other than this being gross (I mean... moldy coffee. ew.), It's also terrible for your health. These mold-toxins act as neurotoxins and can increase symptoms of anxiety. So it's not necessarily coffee that's the problem, rather the mold in the coffee!

Purity Coffee is organic which means no pesticides (yay!!). It also goes through extensive lab testing to ensure that there's no mold or mold-toxins. I used to get anxiety from even a few sips of coffee from my local coffee shops. Now, I can sip on 1-2 cups of Purity Coffee daily without any symptoms of anxiety!

Antioxidant Powerhouse

Coffee in general is one of the richest sources of antioxidants in the human diet. It has more than double the amount of antioxidants of blueberries and dark chocolate! Take that information and add that Purity Coffee has 65% more antioxidants than leading organic brands!!

But why do antioxidants really even matter?

Mass media always touts the benefits of antioxidants ~ anti-aging, skin healing, collagen boosting, etc. ~ but do you know how it works? Let's break it down. Antioxidants literally means "against oxidants". These "oxidants" cause something called oxidative stress within your body. They are formed from exposure to toxins, pollution, stress, poor diet, excessive exercise, and tap water contaminated with heavy metals. This leads to destruction of cell membranes, DNA and protein in your body. Antioxidants - like those in coffee - can neutralize these oxidants and reduce or even reverse the damage caused by oxidative stress. Hellooo brighter skin, easier post-workout recovery, and decreased risk of chronic disease!

I've tried many different coffee brands in an attempt to find one that has maximum benefits AND still tastes fantastic (because what is life without bomb food and drinks?!). Purity Coffee is the ONLY brand that reaches my health standards as a Nutritionist and my flavor standards as a food lover. It's also the only coffee I recommend for my 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program and Level Up Guide in order to achieve maximum benefits. It's also the perfect base for Keto Coffee and Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte!
