An Insider Look at How to Heal Your Anxiety

You guys know that I have had a long history of anxiety. Thankfully, I have been able to successfully heal my body through a variety of Nutrition Psychology techniques (like THIS) and get to a more balanced state.
I know how terrible it feels to feel terrible. And quite honestly, feeling anxious is TERRIBLE. You have this constant knot in your belly, you underestimate what you're capable of, you're low in energy, you're self conscious and you just don't feel GOOD.
I don't want anyone to feel like that.
Today, I'm sharing the story of one of my clients, Amrit, and his anxiety reduction journey. My hope is that if you do suffer from anxiety, you will realize that you AREN'T alone and that there IS something that can be done about it!
