Today, I'm sharing that (very simple) recipe so that you can use it during the upcoming Summer Intermittent Fasting Challenge starting July 8!! Feel energized and satiated while also making your taste buds extremely happy campers with this smoothie ASAP!!
AB + Berries Smoothie
10-12 oz. coconut milk (make yours from scratch in 5 minutes HERE)
1 serving Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 Tbsp. almond butter
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Brazil nuts
pinch of sea salt
1-2 Tbsp. cacao nibs (either blended in or used as a topping)
1. Combine all ingredients (other than the cacao nibs if you plan to use it as a topping) in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Optional to top with the cacao nibs (my personal fave)
