Vanilla Pineapple Protein Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. unsweetened coconut or almond milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 serving Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened greek yogurt (OR 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt with an additional 1/2 serving protein powder)

  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 1 Tbsp. coconut butter (increase to 2 Tbsp. if you're strength training)

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional to top with unsweetened toasted coconut flakes.
