This smoothie is packed with over 20 grams of complete protein to help keep you satiated and prevent hunger later in the day. Whip this up and enjoy the Spring vibes ✨

Vanilla Pineapple Protein Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
10 oz. unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 serving Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup unsweetened greek yogurt (OR 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt with an additional 1/2 serving protein powder)
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. coconut butter (increase to 2 Tbsp. if you're strength training)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional to top with unsweetened toasted coconut flakes.
