A common question I receive is "can I still lose weight after 50?". Today, I want to share an incredibly inspiring story of AENpeep Jenny, who not only lost 22 pounds in 15 weeks, but she also feels more energized and is sleeping better than EVER! Amazing things happen when you apply the science of Intermittent Fasting and fueling your body with satiating foods. Jenny is an amazing example of what our body's can achieve and how we can FEEL when we apply these principles.

Tell us about yourself!
I am a 52 years old married mother of 2 boys with a rewarding and successful corporate career. Above all I consider myself blessed and very fortunate.
Which Program are you following?
I saw Autumn Elle Nutrition on Instagram which led me to You tube which led me to subscribing to the channel and purchasing the Intermittent Fasting Bundle.
What was your wellness goal with the Program?
My wellness goal with AEN was to lose weight, kill my junk food cravings, sleep better and overall age better. At first I was hesitant to eat 3 meals in an 8-hour window, but now I love it. Some days I stick to 2 meals because I am too full to eat 3. This never happened to me on Weight Watchers, I got all my points in and a lot of the time I was eating the wrong foods at the wrong time.
What else have you tried in the past to achieve your goals?
I have been a lifelong Weight Watchers member and really believe it is a good program for many people. The problem for me was that I never learned the science around achieving satiety with the right foods. I have lost and gained the same 20-30 lbs at least 10 times in the last 30 years. I have also tried Atkins, Jenny Craig, Keto and intermittent fasting without any science backed instruction on how to do it correctly.
I really thought that I was just getting older and had to live with the extra weight and exhaustion.
What were the biggest wellness wins that you experienced with the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle?
In the last 15 weeks, I have lost 22 lbs., have more energy and sleep so much better.
Other positives are:
Bloating is gone, stomach is flat again and mini handles under my bra line are gone
Sleep is great
Skin looks better
Mood is better, and I never thought it was bad until I realized how much better I felt! Anxiety is so much better, has to be the reduction of alcohol and processed food
Energy is higher
Mental Clarity is so much better
What is your favorite meal?
My favorite recipes are the Chia Brekky bowl and the Curry Chicken, I can get my whole family to eat it as well!
Did you have a Nutrition Nerd moment during your journey?
My nutrition nerd moment is that I now find myself preaching to others about insulin response, I just can’t help myself if they ask me how I am losing weight. I know when to stop though and I suggest they watch Autumn’s videos.
Do you drink Keto Coffee or Keto Tea?
I love my keto coffee and am always sad when it is gone!
It there anything else you want to share about your experience?
I no longer crave sugar, alcohol or fried foods. The foods I am eating satisfy me and make me feel good/ I don’t ever want to go back to other programs. I lost weight on other programs but never kept it off because I was always waiting to hit the number on the scale so I could cheat and eat bad food again. I understand the science now and it makes so much sense.
I'm not a dietician but something tells me it doesn't matter what age you are, this program works for everyone.
