Tell Me Your #WhatIfJourney!!

I CAN'T believe that we're about to come to a close on the first ever #WhatIfJourney!! It has been such an amazing pleasure to follow along on Instagram and in the Autumn Elle Nutrition Facebook Group (make sure to join HERE). I've heard and seen stories of bloating disappear, plateau's broken, energy levels through the roof, IBS symptoms reversed, and acne cleared. I'm not going to lie - this morning as I was going through the Challenge hashtag and Facebook group and reading everyone's stories, I was literally brought to TEARS. And I am NOT a cryer, so this was a big deal! Just Check out the amazing people from around the WORLD who have been making such a huge, positive wellness change in their lives!
Following along the HUNDREDS of people around the WORLD who have chosen to make a positive change in their life and put their healing FIRST has been the biggest honor I could ever ask for. So to everyone who participated in the first #whatifjourney... THANK YOU for allowing me to be part of your life! You know that I'll have LOTS of new information coming your way in the Facebook Group ;)
Now that the first Intermittent Fasting Challenge is coming to a close - I want to hear YOUR story!!
As a way for me to give back to this amazing group and community, I will be randomly selecting one person who submits their #whatifjourney story to have a FREE one-on-one Nutrition Consulting session so that we can take what you learned from the IF journey to the NEXT level!!
Even if you started the Program partway into the Challenge, I still want to hear how your life has changed! But this isn't a requirement! I want to see photos of you throughout your journey! Maybe this is a photo of you with your Keto Coffee, or you on your cortisol lowering morning walk, or even you sweating it out with one of the IF Program workouts... it's up to you! Please send a minimum of 3-5 pictures.
