For the longest time, I've gotten the request to share what a day in my life looks like ~ how I implement the science and strategies that I share with you into my own daily routine. I'm talking intermittent fasting, nutrient timing, meal prepping and how these actually FIT into my schedule!
I had a ton of fun editing and filming this video. It's SO much different from what I have done in the past and gives you a truly accurate display of what my day-to-day really likes like (maybe even a little too honest 💁🏼♀️).
