28 DAY INTERMITTENT FASTING CHALLENGE!!! [#DetoxFrom2021]


Let's be honest. This year probably hasn't been the best for health and wellness goals. It's likely been a year of Door Dash, maybe one too many pizza deliveries and a cupboard filled with non-perishables that, let’s face it, were never meant to help us achieve our weight loss and wellness goals, rather just get us through the year.


I say enough. Enough of feeling sluggish, low energy and overall bleh. It’s time to #DETOXFROM2020.

I’m kicking off my annual New Year Intermittent Fasting Challenge starting Monday, January 4th, 2021 with the foods and meals that help maximize fat burning and nutrition strategies that aid in de-bloating and boosted energy levels.

This year, we're all starting off the first week with the 7 Day IF Detox followed by the Program of your choice:

  1. If you're a beginner to Intermittent Fasting: you'll follow the 7 Day IF Detox with the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program.

  2. If you've participated in previous AEN Challenges, you'll jump into the Level Up Guide after the 7 Day IF Detox week.
