Let's be honest. This year probably hasn't been the best for health and wellness goals. It's likely been a year of Door Dash, maybe one too many pizza deliveries and a cupboard filled with non-perishables that, let’s face it, were never meant to help us achieve our weight loss and wellness goals, rather just get us through the year.
