This smoothie is loaded with high quality ingredients to help support weight loss and wellness goals… and tastes DELICIOUS, of course!

Key Ingredients
My Zero Sugar Protein Powder
- This smoothie gets 20 grams of complete protein from my zero sugar, pasture-raised protein powder.

- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt adds another 10 grams of complete protein to this smoothie, bringing it in at a total of 30 grams.
- Unsweetened, full fat dairy products (like Greek yogurt!) are linked to less obesity and weight gain.(2)
- Fermented pasture-raised dairy products naturally contain vitamin K2 which promotes bone and heart health.
Brazil Nuts
- Brazil nuts are *loaded* with selenium, which plays an important role in liver detoxification.
Flax Seed

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth!

You can blend this the night before and store in a sealed glass container in the fridge. When you’re ready to drink it, just give the smoothie a quick shake!

- Greek yogurt: Use skyr or plant-based greek style yogurt.
- Almond milk: Use coconut milk, hemp seed milk, cashew milk or whole milk.
- Banana: Use 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice.

Cinnamon Roll Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 brazil nut
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
