It's finally here...

I've been prepping, researching, creating and testing for the past 4 months to create something truly special for this year's Fall Challenge. After the first #WhatIfJourney Challenge this Summer using The Ultimate 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program, I saw hundreds of people's lives change as they worked toward their wellness goals and took control of their health. As a Clinical Nutritionist, I use advanced Nutrition and lifestyle techniques to help my clients achieve their wellness dreams. I wanted to do that for everyone across the world.

That's how the inspiration for the Level Up Program came to be.

The Level Up Program is designed to be utilized after completing at least one round of The Ultimate 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program. With the 21 Day Program, you establish the principles of gut healing, cellular healing, fat-adaptation, and nutrient timing. If you have not already completed the 21 Day Program, I advise that you stop reading and head over to The Ultimate 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program FIRST. This is imperative to prime your body and health to achieve your next level goals!

The Level Up Program takes your results from The 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program quite literally to "the next level". If you haven't already downloaded your Sneak Peek into the Program, check it out HERE.

Once you've taken the quiz to determine which Phase you are in, the Level Up Program provides a protocol for your specific goal. These are advanced strategies that I have used with my clients to hone in on their wellness dreams. Whether it be to clear your skin, decrease your body fat percentage, achieve a race PR, balance your hormones, or heal bloating/IBS/GERD/GI Tract - the Level Up Program has a protocol to help you achieve it! How to get started:

1. Grab your Level Up Program HERE.

2. Take the Phases Quiz to determine which protocol you will be following during the Challenge. Don't forget to share which Protocol you'll be following on Instagram with the downloadable pictures below! Tag #autumnellenutrition and #whatifjourney so that we can all follow along!

3. Read through the ENTIRE Program! This is important so you understand the WHY as well as the WHAT. This is how lasting change happens!

4. Write in your specific Protocol strategies on the "notes" section of the meal plan so that you can tailor it to your goals.

5. Keep track of your progress with the Daily Fasting Journal and Weekly Reflections in the Program

6. Join the Autumn Elle Nutrition Facebook Group HERE.

7. Get your friends and family to join in too! If they haven't don't the 21 Day Program, they need to begin with that first.

8. Once the Challenge begins on October 1st - Use the #autumnellenutrition and #whatifjourney hashtags for all of your Instagram posts during the Challenge. That way we can all follow along and support each other throughout the journey!
