I am a stay at home mom who has been working on weight loss/health journey for 2.5 years
What was your main wellness goal with the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle?
To get rid of bloating and the sluggish uncomfortable feeling I had in my body. And to push myself in my exercises to acheive more muscle.
Did you have any hesitations before starting the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle?
No, I was very excited to start .
Have you tried anything in the past?
Nutrisystem (a loooooong time ago) and calorie counting.
What was the biggest wellness win you experienced?
No more bloating!
What's your favorite meal from the Programs?
So hard to choose but I'll go with the Greek Socca Pizza.
Did you have a "Nutrition Nerd" moment?
Yes! I tell everytone"Well Autumn says..." haha
Keto Coffee or Keto Tea?
Coffee right now but I am excited to try the keto chai in the fall.
