This Impromptu Intermittent Fasting Challenge really came about because I was sitting in the JFK airport a few weeks back, feeling pretty terrible after a weekend of celebrations (which included late nights, poor sleep and food that doesn't serve my goals). I was feeling anxious, bloated and overall just "bleh". I knew that I needed to get myself back to what makes me feel GOOD again ~ and what better way to do that then rally the #AENpeeps troops to do it with me?!


Throughout this Impromptu Intermittent Fasting Challenge, I've seen tons of new faces all around the world joining in on the journey to feel awesome. I also saw OG #AENpeeps who have been utilizing these principles for almost a year now participating in the Challenge! The coolest thing I witnessed is seeing the OG #AENpeeps providing their sage advice from their own IF Challenge experiences to those who are just starting their journey in the AEN Private Facebook group.
