I'm Leah. I work as a Registered Nurse. I love animals and nature, hiking, and traveling.

I started with the 21 Day IF bundle, then did the level up guide.

What was your main wellness goal with the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle?

First of all, weight loss, but along with that came endocrine health, and improving my PCOS symptoms.


Did you have any hesitations before you got started?

My main hesitation with starting was the fact that I was working nightshift at the time. So It was difficult to constantly be shifting my eating window from daytime to night time. But I sat down at the beginning of each week and strategically scheduled each day according to my work schedule, and eventually found a method that worked for me.

What has been your biggest wellness win?

Definitely the weight loss. But a huge reduction in PCOS symptoms and the ability to stop some of my medications.


What has been your favorite recipe from the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle?

It's really hard to say, but probably the LA street tacos!
