Do I need to additional protein to your recipes to meet my protein intake?

Hi! It depends on your individual protein needs. Most of the recipes contain between 25-30 grams of complete protein. You can find details for how to increase the protein in the meals if necessary within the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program.
