On Monday, January 1st 2024 we're kicking off the New Year Intermittent Fasting Challenge!

Today, I'm sharing a complete checklist for everything you need to know to kick off the New Year Intermittent Fasting Challenge!

To kick off the new year, we're focused on resetting and rebooting. We'll be starting off with the 7 Day Detox to help cleanse the liver of refined sugars and carbohydrates from the holidays. For the final 3 weeks of the Challenge, we're prioritizing Intermittent Fasting strategies to help heal the gut and tap into fat burning mechanisms while incorporating recipes and meals to support the same goals.

In order to help you prepare, I've created a simple checklist:

1. Grab your Programs

This Challenge, we'll be using the 7 Day Detox (week 1) and the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program (weeks 2-4) for the Challenge. You can grab the Detox HERE and the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program HERE.


OR you can get the Detox for FREE when you purchase the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle (which also includes the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program!) HERE.


2. Prep + Read!

The Programs are PACKED with tips and strategies to help you succeed. Make the most of your New Year Challenge and hit the books for those tips!🤓



3. Stock up on your protein!

Make sure you grab my zero sugar protein powder so you can whip up tasty protein, fat and fiber filled brekky smoothies, waffles, chia puddings and more! I recommend 2 bags to cover your needs throughout the challenge.

4. Join the AEN Facebook Group

This is an excellent way to keep you accountable and share your journey throughout the Challenge with thousands of other AENpeeps. Head over HERE and say hello!


5. Set a Goal

This doesn't have to be weight loss, but make it something measurable. Even if it's "stick to the protocols throughout the entire 4 weeks of the challenge" or "try one new recipe a week" then that's a great goal! Setting a goal, particularly something you can measure, helps to keep you on track during the Challenge.


For example, if your goal is weight loss, you can set a body fat percentage goal. If your goal is reduced bloating, set a goal for the number of days you want to be bloat-free. Write your goal down in the Daily Fasting Journal from the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program.


6. Join Me LIVE On YouTube Each Week Of The Challenge!

I'll be going LIVE on YouTube every Monday of the New Year Intermittent Fasting Challenge to share with you additional Intermittent Fasting tips, strategies AND some Live Q+A! Make sure you're subscribed to my channel HERE with notifications turned on so you don't miss out! The first YouTube live will be held on Monday, January 1st at 11am PST.


*Note: There's no need to "sign up" for the Challenge. Simply grab your programs and get started! I highly recommend joining the weekly livestreams and private Facebook group for additional support and motivation! In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize, you will need to complete both the 7 Day Detox and 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program (and be located in the U.S. due to shipping constraints).

How do you join the challenge? I have bought your program and started. Lost 3 lbs during detox week. When I click on the link to join it goes to a dead page. Mike

Hi Mike! Congrats on your 3 lb weight loss! If you have the 7 Day Detox and 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program then you're all set to get started! There isn't an official "sign up form". Just follow the programs and you're all set :) If possible, I recommend joining the private Facebook group and weekly livestreams for additional support and motivation. You can checkout the details for both with this checklist blog post.
