One of the great things about being a Nutritionist is that I get to see how much people's lives change for the better on a daily basis through natural healing methods. I've seen RA symptoms drastically decreased, GERD disappear, confidence levels skyrocket, bloating diminish and hormones return to a normal state.
Your stories inspire me to continue doing what I do everyday.
Recently, I've had two #AENpeeps reach out to share updates on their stories. Both of these women have experienced LIFE CHANGING results and it makes me so happy and excited to be typing these words right now. These are examples of just how capable your body is at healing itself when given the proper tools.

Xiomara started her #WhatIFjourney back in July with the goal of balancing her hormones naturally. She shared with me that she had been struggling with low testosterone for years and she was tired of how it was making her feel.

Lane's Confidence Boosting Journey
Lane is a mom of two kids, full-time boss lady, wife and all around real-life Olivia Pope. And although she was taking care of SO many things in her life (seriously, Lane is one busy lady!), Lane had put her own health and wellness to the side. Back in late June, I started working with Lane one-on-one to help refocus her mind on healing her body and putting her health first. After just a few months, Lane has lost 26 pounds and the benefits are spilling over into every aspect of her life! She's more focused for work, more energized for her family and more confident in herself!
