Tell us about yourself!
I am a 28 year old woman who has been struggling with my weight for years. I hit my heaviest earlier this year at almost 200 pounds and knew i had to do something more. I tried what seemed to be everything in the world until i started to remember autumns method of intermittent fasting.
I found autumn several years ago but it wasn’t until recent i said okay i’m going to take the time watch the videos and implement the ideas. BEST DECISION EVER. I have never felt better. So far i have lost about 20 pounds and I not only look better but i feel better. The bloating is decreasing, my energy has improved, my image of myself has gotten better. I am still far off from where i want to be but I am taking it one step at a time.
What was your main wellness goal?
My wellness goal was to feel good about what i was eating and how i was eating it. Shed some pounds and inches!
Have you tried anything else in the past?
I have tried everything around the sun to loose any type of weight or inches. I never felt satisfied and always felt deprived. Autumn has taught me i can find healthy alternatives to the foods i love and enjoy.
What was your biggest wellness win?
My biggest wellness achievement from this challenge was the improvement of my drastic bloating. My bloating is what discouraged me the most on a daily basis. Decreasing that bloating has literally made me feel like a totally different person!
What was your favorite meal from the Programs?
Hands down any of the smoothie recipes and the cilantro lime cauliflower rice.
Did you have a "nutrition nerd" moment?
My moment was when i realized i could find healthy alternatives to just about everything. i have been obsessed with finding the best foods to put into my body and have even began thinking of starting a career in nutrition.
