This is our FIRST ever 6 week long Intermittent Fasting Challenge!! After 11 challenges (🤯), I decided to up the ante and go BIG with this year's Summer Challenge. To commemorate this challenge, I've also developed a BRAND NEW, LIMITED RELEASE 6 Week Summer Meal Plan! The new meal plan has over 80 pages including new recipes, nutrition information and meal-by-meal planning. I'm SO excited to kick off the Summer Challenge with this brand new meal plan! How to join the Summer Intermittent Fasting Challenge:
Option 1: Use the new summer meal plan
For beginners, it's extremely important at the very least to read through the 7 Day Intermittent Fasting Detox and 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program if you're jumping straight in with the 6 Week Summer Meal Plan. The 6 Week Summer Meal Plan provides information to build upon these Programs. In order to see best results, I highly recommend reading through the two Programs before jumping into the 6 Week Summer Meal Plan. If time allows for it, I also recommend using the 7 Day Intermittent Fasting Detox in the week leading up to the 6 Week Summer Challenge (June 28th - July 4th) to help prep your body for the next 6 weeks.

This is a great option if you are brand new and would like to follow the Detox, Phase 1 and Phase 2 first.
