I'll get into the details of ALL of the new updates down below, but first I wanted to explain to you WHY I decided to update the Level Up Guide.

When I first created the Level Up Guide back in 2018, there was one thing that I didn't predict - just how quickly the AENpeeps would GROW. We've expanded into over 50 countries and all 50 U.S. states! We're one strong group of Nutrition Nerds!!🤓

And over the past two years since the original release of the Level Up Guide, I've seen incredible transformations and stories from the AENpeeps. But as each of us are in different countries or have different food preferences or food sensitivities, I wanted to update the Level Up Guide to make adjusting the protocols to fit your needs even EASIER.
