It's officially summer which means this is the BEST time to focus on feeling GOOD again!

This summer we're doing things a little different with the What IF Journey* Intermittent Fasting Challenge. We're getting hyper specific on your goals. I mean REALLY honing in on what it is that you want out of the next five weeks ~ whether it be gut healing, weight loss, muscle building, improved hormone balance or decreased breakouts. When is it?!

This Summer's What IF Journey will begin Monday, July 8 and go for FIVE weeks! 

Which Program will we be following?

To start off the Challenge on the right foot (especially post 4th of July) we'll be beginning with the 7 Day Intermittent Fasting Detox to prep your body for the Challenge. 

After the Detox, we'll be jumping straight into the Level Up Guide for 4 weeks and using your specific protocol within the Level Up Guide so that you can get the best results! Make sure to take the Phases Quiz first to determine which protocol in the Level Up Guide you will be following.

How do you get started?!

1. If you don't already have the Level Up Guide or 7 Day IF Detox, grab them HERE and HERE. If you haven't already gone through at least one round of the original IF Program, then I recommend swapping the Level Up Guide for The 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program HERE.

2. Take the Phases Quiz to determine your protocol (skip this if following the 21 Day IF Program) and start preparing your mind and kitchen for the What IF Journey! 

3. Join the AEN Facebook Group HERE and let everyone know that you're IN for the Challenge!

What's the meaning behind "What IF Journey"

Something I've found with working with clients all around the world, is that many people don't even dare to dream of achieving ALL of their wellness goals. Many of us have grown accustomed to poor sleep, low energy, acid reflux, anxiety, nervousness or bloating - and we've forgotten what it feels like without experiencing all of those things.

What I want you to do with this #WhatIFjourney is think about ALL of what you would like to achieve... and don't hold back! No matter how far-fetched it may seem, I want you to set those goals. You'll be surprised by what your body can do for you when you give it the proper tools!

For example, Kitty (an OG #AENpeeps) dared to dream of achieving normal thyroid levels and reducing/removing her GERD. And guess what? After a few rounds of utilizing the healing principles within the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle, her doctor told her that her thyroid levels are in normal range!!!!
