It's officially summer which means this is the BEST time to focus on feeling GOOD again!

When is it?!

This Summer's What IF Journey will begin Monday, July 8 and go for FIVE weeks! 

Which Program will we be following?

To start off the Challenge on the right foot (especially post 4th of July) we'll be beginning with the 7 Day Intermittent Fasting Detox to prep your body for the Challenge. 

After the Detox, we'll be jumping straight into the Level Up Guide for 4 weeks and using your specific protocol within the Level Up Guide so that you can get the best results! Make sure to take the Phases Quiz first to determine which protocol in the Level Up Guide you will be following.
