Tell us about yourself!
I’m a 38yo working mother. I gained 40+lbs during covid and am trying to get back to my goal weight. I suffer with IBS & anxiety. Not being healthy has made both of those worse! I was so excited to fully complete this challenge as I’ve tried it before and didn’t stick to it.
Which Intermittent Fasting Program did you follow?

Everything! I was never able to stick with anything until this program.
Did you have any hesitations before starting the Intermittent Fasting Program?
Mostly I was afraid that the recipes would be too time consuming but they really weren’t at all.

I lost 10lbs this month and my anxiety and stomach problems are so much better! I have more energy and do not have anymore sugar cravings… like at all! It’s so great.
What was your favorite recipe from the Intermittent Fasting Program?
Pumpkin chili but the detox soup is a close second. Both so great for winter weather.
Is there anything else you would like to share?
I’m just so thankful that I found something that fits with my lifestyle. Thought it would be hard to cook for just myself and then worry about cooking for my husband and kids but they just basically ate the same as me but got to have their starchy carbs on the side. It’s really not that complicated when you just consider you need only 3 things… correct amounts of fat, fiber, and protein.
