On Monday, March 22nd, we're starting the Spring Intermittent Fasting Challenge TOGETHER! If you haven't already joined the Challenge, you can grab the deets on how to get started HERE.

In order to help you prepare, I've created a checklist to ensure your success:


1. Grab Your Intermittent Fasting Meal Plan.

Whether you're starting with the beginner route or moving on to the intermediate option, it's extremely important you grab your Programs and read through the material. Simply following the meal plan will only take you so far. Understanding the WHY behind the strategies will be the key to achieving long lasting results.

3. Join the AEN Facebook Group

This is an excellent way to keep you accountable and share your journey throughout the Challenge with thousands of other AENpeeps. Head over HERE and say hello!

4. Set a Goal

This doesn't have to be weight loss, but make it something measurable. Even if it's "stick to the protocols throughout the entire 4 weeks of the challenge", then that's a great goal! Setting a goal, particularly something you can measure, helps to keep you on track during the Challenge. For example, one of my goals is to get in a daily 30 minute walk throughout the Challenge.

5. Join Me LIVE On YouTube Each Week Of The Challenge!

As a HUGE added bonus, this year I'll be going LIVE on YouTube each week of the Spring Intermittent Fasting Challenge to share with you additional Intermittent Fasting tips, strategies and recipes AND some Live Q+A! EXCITED TO START! I printed up my schedule and posted a copy on my fridge at home, at my desk at work, and one on the front of my printed-out Intermittent Fasting Bundle pages I put in a binder. My Fitbit has alarms set on it for when to break my fast and when to begin fasting.


Here is my schedule:

5:45 wake up- 16 ounces water w/ celtic salt

7:45 Keto coffee

11:15 ACV sipper

11:30 Break-fast

3:15 Lunch

7:00 Dinner

7:30 Fasting window begins

10:15 Electronics off, take magnesium, do skin care regimen (keeps me off my phone and if great habit to get makeup off before bed!)

10:45 Lights out to aim for 7 hours sleep (the…
