OPTION 1 (Beginner Level):

Follow the 7 Day IF Detox for the first week, then the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program for the next 3 weeks. This option is perfect for beginners to Intermittent Fasting so that you can ease into the experience for best results. You can find both programs HERE.


OPTION 2 (Intermediate Level):

Follow the 4 week Level Up Guide using your specific protocol. If you have already gone through 1-2 rounds of the 21 Day IF Program, then this is the option for you! You can find the Level Up Guide HERE. (I'll be following the Wedding Protocol in the Level Up Guide!)

Once you have your programs, make sure to join the private Facebook Group for accountability and support HERE and you're all set to start on Monday, March 22nd!
