How to join the Fall Intermittent Fasting Challenge:

OPTION 1 (Beginner Level):


Follow the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program. This is perfect for beginners to Intermittent Fasting so that you can ease into the experience for best results. You can also opt to complete the 7 Day Intermittent Fasting Detox the week before the Challenge if you typically consume refined sugars and carbohydrates in order to more easily transition into using Intermittent Fasting.
