This Fall I got married 👰🏼

I am a busy mom of 2 who is always on the go. Having children did a number on my body. Not just weight, but my hormones too. I’ve always been active and know how to “eat clean.” It wasn’t until I discovered Autumn’s program, and learned the nerdy science behind the nutrient timing, that I really began to break past the plateau after my second baby and finally lose the weight. I feel so light and less bloated! Plus, the compliments don’t hurt either.
What's your favorite recipe from the Intermittent Fasting Programs?
The kids and I love making homemade tortillas together. The broccoli detox soup was a favorite of mine for sure.

It’s easier than you think it would be. The meals are delicious and easy to prep in advance.
