How to join the Summer Intermittent Fasting Challenge:

In order to participate, you can either use the brand new, limited release 6 Week Summer Meal Plan or follow the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle meal plans.


Option 1: Use the new Summer Meal Plan

You can opt for the brand new 6 Week Summer Meal Plan to use throughout the entire 6 weeks of the Summer Intermittent Fasting Challenge. You can find the new 6 Week Summer Meal Plan HERE.


For beginners, it's extremely important at the very least to read through the 7 Day Detox and 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program if you're jumping straight in with the 6 Week Summer Meal Plan. The 6 Week Summer Meal Plan provides information to build upon these Programs. In order to see best results, I highly recommend reading through the two Programs before jumping into the 6 Week Summer Meal Plan. If time allows for it, I also recommend using the 7 Day Detox in the week leading up to the 6 Week Summer Challenge (June 20th-June 26th) to help prep your body for the next 6 weeks.
