How to join the Fall Intermittent Fasting Challenge:





OPTION 1 (Beginner Level):


Follow the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program. This is perfect for beginners to Intermittent Fasting so that you can ease into the experience for best results.


You can also opt to complete the 7 Day Detox the week before the Challenge starts (Monday, September 26th) in order to more easily transition into using Intermittent Fasting.

OPTION 2 (Intermediate Level):


Follow the Level Up Guide using your specific protocol. If you have already gone through 1-2 rounds of the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program, then this is the option for you! You can follow the first 3 weeks of the Level Up Guide OR add an extra week to your Fall Intermittent Fasting Challenge and complete the entire 4 weeks of the Level Up Guide!
