Vanilla PB Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. coconut milk

  • 1/2 serving Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder *increase if you want more protein

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt *increase if you want more protein

  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter

  • 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds

  • 1/2 banana OR 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice if carb sensitive*

  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract



  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional to top with cacao nibs or unsweetened toasted coconut flakes.
