Vanilla PB Smoothie
Ingredients:
10 oz. coconut milk
1/2 serving Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder *increase if you want more protein
1/2 cup greek yogurt *increase if you want more protein
2 Tbsp. Peanut butter
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1/2 banana OR 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice if carb sensitive*
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional to top with cacao nibs or unsweetened toasted coconut flakes.
