The OG Keto Coffee
Here we have the original Keto Coffee. This is what I personally make every morning as a Nutritionist. The grass-fed butter provides short chain fatty acids (called butyric acid) that have been found to reduce gut inflammation.(1) The coconut oil gives you a boost of instant energy from the medium chain triglycerides. And the froth makes you feel like you're having a true latte experience.
To make your own Keto Coffee, simply combine 12-16 oz. of brewed coffee with up to 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter and up to 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a blender. Carefully blend until frothy!
You can also make a plant-based Keto Coffee by swapping out the butter for cacao butter. You won't receive the same butyric acid perks, but cacao butter will still provide the fats to keep you satiated during your fast.

Vanilla Berry Keto Oatmeal
Oatmeal is not a great option for weight loss goals because it has a relatively low satiety level and can more greatly spike the storing hormone insulin than other breakfast options. BUT having a warm and cozy break-fast is a must during the colder winter months. So I developed this DELISH alternative to the traditional oatmeal recipe. Grain-Free PB+ Chocolate Chip Cookies
No you're not reading the recipe wrong. This is a completely grain-free recipe. No flour necessary. And yes, it actually tastes as incredible as it looks.

Makes 14-16 cookies, 1 cookie per serving
Ingredients:
1 cup organic peanut butter
1⁄4 cup maple syrup or raw honey
1 egg or 1 flax/chia egg (1 Tbsp. ground flax or chia seeds + 3 Tbsp. warm water)
1⁄2 tsp. baking soda
1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
1 dark chocolate bar, chopped up into pieces
1. Preheat your oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl until the batter forms. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Scoop 1 Tbsp. sized cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes before eating.
4. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Blueberry Hemp Smoothie
This classic smoothie first debuted in 2018. It uses high quality sources of protein and fat to boost satiety hormones and help to naturally decrease sugar cravings. it's also a classic recipe featured from the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle.

Sunrise Surprise Smoothie
This break-fast recipe was inspired by my 92 year old grandpa. He used to make us something very similar growing up when I would spend the weekend with my grandparents. I've updated the recipe to include the necessary protein, fat and fiber to help support weight loss and wellness goals.

Warming Egg + Cabbage Scramble
This recipe is especially great if you're at home and have access to a stove, but still only have a few minutes to prep your meal. Cabbage and eggs both cook up quickly and the addition of onions adds an incredible punch of flavor! You can save extra time by pre-chopping the onions and cabbage for the week and storing this in your fridge.
Ingredients:
2-3 eggs, scrambled in a bowl
1/2 Tbsp. grass fed butter
1-2 cups chopped cabbage
1/4-1/2 cup sliced onions
pinch of sea salt
1-2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
Optional 1 oz. sharp cheddar
1. Lightly sauté the onions, cabbage, half of the butter butter and salt for a few minutes. Add this combo to your plate.
2. Add the remaining butter and your eggs. Cook until it reaches desired done-ness.
3. Top with pumpkin seeds and optional cheese!
