We're officially about to start week 3 of the Summer Intermittent Fasting Challenge, with one full week of Intermittent Fasting under our belt! It's pretty amazing the changes that can happen, physically and mentally, in such a short amount of time. Sometimes we're afraid of implementing change because we're afraid of how long it will take to achieve our goals. Today, I'm sharing 4 pretty amazing stories of what can happen in a short amount of time when you have the proper tools in hand!

Ashley has been whipping up the 7 Day IF Detox meals, blending up her morning Ginger Cacao Superfood Smoothies and getting in negative ion absorbing walks. Here's what she has to say about the first week of the Challenge:

"7 Day Intermittent Fasting Detox results! I lost about 4 pounds, I do not feel bloated and uncomfortable anymore. Overall I’m just feeling great!"


Bloating sucks. Unfortunately, it's something that most of us are dealing with on a daily basis. Sarah sent me this photo on Instagram along with the DM above to share how much her bloating has decreased.

Jessi is new to the #AENpeeps and is already feeling incredible and seeing results! She shared her progress (above) within the AEN Facebook group.
